The Taiwan-based provider China Airways has
signed a memorandum of understanding with Morrison Specific on the
use of sustainable aviation gasoline (SAF).
The MOU – which was signed by Eddy Liu, Senior Vice
President, China Airways, and Vincent Kao, Company Vice
President of Morrison Specific – marks the primary time a Taiwanese
airline has partnered with a company consumer on the usage of SAF.
Sharing carbon reductions between
the airline and purchasers will assist to scale back each the direct carbon
emissions from air transport and in addition successfully cut back the
carbon footprint from transporting passengers and cargo.

China Airways pioneered the use SAF on ferry flights
