The scholars denounced the indiscriminate use of drone bombs and missile strikes by extremist outfits.
The demonstration adopted a day after chief minister N Biren Singh together with 18 MLAs, convened a gathering on with governor L Acharya amidst the current outbreak of violence.
In response, safety forces have deployed anti-drone methods within the fringe areas of Manipur to counter potential threats from rogue drones. Moreover, the Central Reserve Police Power (CRPF) is bringing in additional anti-drone weapons to bolster safety measures within the state.
“The AR has deployed several anti-drone systems in the state’s fringe areas to repel any rogue drones.
