Dr. Jeremy Michael Crow turned himself in on the Weirton Police Division on Monday. Crow, 45, of Washington, Pennsylvania, was charged with 39 counts of misdemeanor prison invasion of privateness, Police Chief Charlie Kush stated in a information launch.
