The privilege of publication carries a corresponding responsibility. Every contributor is expected to maintain appropriate standards of accuracy, originality, integrity, professionalism, legality and respect for the rights of others.
This Contributor Handbook establishes the standards applicable to material submitted for publication on Enspirers.
These guidelines apply to articles, opinion pieces, expert perspectives, commentary, interviews, photographs, videos, graphics, links and other material submitted by contributors.
Submission of content does not guarantee publication. Enspirers reserves the right to review, edit, reject, restrict, suspend or remove content in accordance with these guidelines and applicable terms.
02. CONTRIBUTOR RESPONSIBILITY
Contributors are responsible for the content they submit and for ensuring that their submissions comply with these guidelines.
A contributor must:
- Provide accurate and responsible information.
- Submit original work or material they are authorized to publish.
- Respect copyright, trademark, privacy and other intellectual-property rights.
- Obtain appropriate permissions for third-party material.
- Distinguish factual statements from opinions, commentary and analysis.
- Disclose relevant commercial or professional relationships where appropriate.
- Avoid knowingly false, deceptive, defamatory or unlawful content.
- Ensure that accompanying photographs, videos, graphics and other media may legally be published.
- Cooperate with reasonable editorial queries concerning submitted material.
Contributors should retain records of relevant permissions, licenses, source material and supporting documentation.
03. ORIGINALITY & PLAGIARISM
Enspirers expects all contributor submissions to demonstrate genuine originality.
The following are prohibited:
- Plagiarism.
- Copying another person’s article or substantial portions of an article.
- Scraping content from other websites.
- Article spinning or automated rewriting intended to disguise copied material.
- Republishing copyrighted material without authorization.
- Submitting another person’s work under a contributor’s own name.
- Repeatedly submitting substantially identical articles.
Where material from another source is incorporated into an article, it must be appropriately attributed and used in accordance with applicable copyright and licensing requirements.
Previously published material may be considered where the contributor has the necessary rights to republish it and provides appropriate disclosure where required.
04. FACTUAL ACCURACY & VERIFICATION
Contributors are expected to exercise reasonable care when presenting factual information.
This includes verifying, where appropriate:
- Names and identities.
- Dates and locations.
- Statistics and figures.
- Quotations.
- Research findings.
- Company information.
- Professional credentials.
- Financial or commercial claims.
- References to legal or regulatory matters.
- Statements concerning individuals or organizations.
Contributors must not knowingly submit:
- Fabricated information.
- Invented quotations.
- Fake statistics.
- Non-existent studies or sources.
- Fabricated events.
- Deliberately misleading claims.
- Falsified evidence.
Where an article contains disputed information, allegations or claims that cannot independently be established, the language should accurately reflect their status and provide appropriate attribution.
05. OPINION, COMMENTARY & ANALYSIS
Enspirers welcomes legitimate opinion and independent perspectives.
However, contributors must clearly distinguish between:
Fact — information presented as objectively verifiable.
Opinion — an individual’s view, interpretation or belief.
Analysis — interpretation of available information.
Allegation — a claim of wrongdoing or misconduct that has not been established as fact.
Opinions should not be deliberately presented as verified facts.
The existence of a contributor’s opinion does not exempt the contributor from the requirement to avoid knowingly false or deceptive statements.
06. POLITICAL & PUBLIC-AFFAIRS CONTENT
Enspirers permits legitimate discussion and analysis of public affairs, subject to applicable editorial standards.
However, the platform must not be used for:
- Political propaganda presented as independent editorial material.
- Fabricated political information.
- False election-related claims.
- Deceptive campaign material.
- Coordinated political influence operations.
- Fabricated quotations attributed to political figures.
- Manipulated evidence presented as authentic.
- Deliberately misleading political content.
Political commentary must be identifiable as commentary or opinion where appropriate.
Contributors must not use the Enspirers contributor platform to deliberately mislead readers regarding political candidates, elections, public institutions or political events.
07. HATE SPEECH, HARASSMENT & DISCRIMINATION
Enspirers is committed to maintaining a professional publishing environment.
Content containing or promoting the following is prohibited:
- Hate speech.
- Hateful slurs.
- Dehumanizing language.
- Threats of violence.
- Incitement to violence.
- Targeted harassment.
- Bullying.
- Intimidation.
- Promotion of discrimination.
- Content encouraging hostility or violence toward protected groups.
Legitimate criticism, disagreement, debate and commentary may be published where expressed responsibly and without prohibited abuse or incitement.
08. PROHIBITED COMMERCIAL & SENSITIVE CATEGORIES
Enspirers does not accept contributor content primarily intended to promote, facilitate or advertise:
Alcohol
Content primarily promoting alcohol products, consumption or sales.
Gambling & Betting
Including casinos, betting platforms, sports betting, wagering services and related gambling schemes.
Adult Entertainment
Including pornography, sexually explicit material, prostitution, escort services and sexually explicit commercial services.
Illegal Drugs
Including promotion, distribution or facilitation of illegal drugs or unlawful drug-related activities.
Unlawful Activities
Content intended to promote, facilitate or materially assist illegal activity may be rejected or removed.
Additional restrictions may apply to other regulated or high-risk categories at Enspirers’ editorial discretion.
09. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Contributors must have the necessary rights to publish all material submitted to Enspirers.
This requirement applies to:
- Photographs.
- Videos.
- Illustrations.
- Graphics.
- Infographics.
- Audio.
- Music.
- Screenshots.
- Logos.
- Written excerpts.
- Artwork.
- Other third-party media.
Material being publicly available online does not, by itself, grant permission to reproduce or republish it.
Images obtained through search engines, social-media platforms, websites or other online sources should not be used unless the contributor has established the appropriate right, license or permission.
Contributors may be required to provide evidence of ownership, licensing or authorization.
Where attribution is required, appropriate attribution must be provided.
10. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS & MEDIA RIGHTS
By submitting photographs, videos or other media, contributors confirm that they have the necessary rights or authorization to submit that material for publication.
Contributors should ensure that:
- They own the material; or
- They have obtained an appropriate license; or
- They have received permission from the rights holder; or
- They are otherwise legally authorized to use the material.
Contributors should exercise particular care where media depicts private individuals, minors, sensitive circumstances or private property.
Any third-party restrictions associated with submitted media remain the contributor’s responsibility.
11. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Contributors must respect individual privacy.
Unless legally justified and appropriately authorized, contributors should not publish private or sensitive information including:
- Personal telephone numbers.
- Private residential addresses.
- Private email addresses.
- Financial information.
- Passwords or account credentials.
- Identity documents.
- Private correspondence.
- Confidential records.
- Sensitive personal information.
Information concerning private individuals should be handled with particular care.
12. DEFAMATION & SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS
Contributors must exercise appropriate care when making statements concerning individuals, companies, organizations or institutions.
Serious allegations involving matters such as:
- Fraud.
- Criminal conduct.
- Corruption.
- Abuse.
- Sexual misconduct.
- Professional misconduct.
- Dishonesty.
- Financial wrongdoing.
should not be presented as established facts without appropriate supporting evidence.
Where allegations are relevant to legitimate commentary or reporting, contributors should accurately identify them as allegations and provide appropriate attribution and context.
Enspirers may request supporting documentation before publication or may decline to publish material that presents unacceptable legal or editorial risk.
13. COMMERCIAL DISCLOSURE & PROMOTIONAL CONTENT
Contributors must disclose material relationships that could reasonably affect the perceived independence of their content.
This may include:
- Sponsorship.
- Paid partnerships.
- Employment.
- Ownership interests.
- Investments.
- Affiliate relationships.
- Complimentary products or services.
- Other material commercial relationships.
Contributors must not disguise paid advertising or commercial promotion as independent editorial commentary.
Articles submitted primarily for advertising, backlink acquisition, search-engine manipulation or promotional purposes may be rejected.
14. SPAM, SEO MANIPULATION & ARTIFICIAL ENGAGEMENT
Enspirers is not intended to function as a platform for automated content production or artificial traffic manipulation.
The following may result in rejection or account action:
- Keyword stuffing.
- Excessive or irrelevant links.
- Link schemes.
- Duplicate submissions.
- Mass-produced low-quality articles.
- Automated spam.
- Artificial engagement.
- Manipulation of search rankings.
- Irrelevant promotional content.
- Repeatedly submitting substantially similar material.
Links included in an article should be relevant, useful and appropriate to the subject matter.
15. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & SYNTHETIC MEDIA
Contributors may use artificial-intelligence tools as part of their writing, research, editing or creative workflow. However, the contributor remains responsible for the final material submitted under their name.
AI tools must not be used to fabricate:
- Sources.
- Quotations.
- Statistics.
- Research.
- Events.
- Evidence.
- Testimonials.
- Professional credentials.
AI-generated or substantially manipulated photographs, videos, audio or other media must not be represented as authentic when doing so would materially mislead readers.
Where appropriate, contributors may be required to disclose significant use of synthetic or manipulated media.
16. HEADLINES, IMAGES & REPRESENTATION
Headlines, photographs, captions and other presentation elements should accurately represent the substance of an article.
Contributors should not use:
- False quotations.
- Misleading headlines.
- Deceptive thumbnails.
- Unrelated photographs.
- Manipulated images presented as authentic.
- Sensational claims unsupported by the article.
- Presentation designed to create a materially false impression.
Attention-grabbing content is acceptable. Deliberate deception is not.
17. PROFESSIONAL WRITING STANDARDS
Contributor submissions should demonstrate an appropriate level of quality and professionalism.
Articles should generally be:
- Well structured.
- Relevant.
- Readable.
- Substantive.
- Original.
- Professionally presented.
- Appropriate for the intended audience.
Enspirers may make reasonable editorial adjustments to grammar, spelling, formatting, structure, headlines and clarity.
Where substantial changes are necessary, the editorial team may request revisions from the contributor.
18. EDITORIAL REVIEW
All contributor submissions remain subject to editorial review.
Enspirers may, at its discretion:
- Approve a submission.
- Request revisions.
- Request clarification.
- Request supporting documentation.
- Edit material for editorial consistency.
- Delay publication.
- Reject a submission.
- Remove published material.
Publication does not constitute endorsement.
Independently authored contributor articles represent the views and perspectives of their respective authors and do not necessarily represent the views, positions or opinions of Enspirers.
19. CORRECTIONS & POST-PUBLICATION ISSUES
If a contributor identifies a material factual error in a published article, they should notify Enspirers promptly.
Where appropriate, Enspirers may:
- Correct factual errors.
- Update information.
- Add clarification.
- Amend headlines or captions.
- Remove material.
- Add an editorial note where appropriate.
Contributors are expected to cooperate with reasonable correction requests.
20. ENFORCEMENT & CONTRIBUTOR ACCOUNT ACTIONS
Compliance with these guidelines is a condition of participation in the Enspirers contributor platform.
Depending upon the nature, severity and frequency of a violation, Enspirers may take one or more of the following actions:
Level 1 — Editorial Correction
The contributor may be asked to correct or revise the material.
Level 2 — Submission Rejection
The article may be rejected prior to publication.
Level 3 — Content Removal
Previously published material may be removed.
Level 4 — Contributor Warning
A formal warning may be issued and documented against the contributor account.
Level 5 — Publishing Restriction
Contributor publishing privileges may be temporarily restricted.
Level 6 — Suspension
The contributor account may be suspended for a specified period.
Level 7 — Permanent Termination
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Enspirers contributor platform.
Level 8 — Reinstatement Requirements
Where applicable under the relevant contributor terms and applicable law, reinstatement following serious or repeated violations may require additional verification, corrective measures, administrative charges, reinstatement fees or other conditions.
Legal Remedies
Nothing within these guidelines limits Enspirers’ rights to take appropriate legal action where circumstances involve copyright infringement, fraud, unlawful activity, material abuse of the platform or other actionable conduct.
Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
The severity of enforcement may take into account the nature of the violation, whether the conduct was deliberate, potential harm caused, previous warnings, frequency of violations and the contributor’s response to corrective requests.
21. CONTRIBUTOR DUE DILIGENCE CHECKLIST
Before submitting an article, contributors should confirm:
Content
☐ The article is original or I have authorization to publish it.
☐ I have not knowingly included fabricated information.
☐ My factual claims have been appropriately checked.
☐ Opinions and factual statements are reasonably distinguishable.
☐ Serious allegations are appropriately supported and attributed.
Media
☐ I own or have permission to use every photograph.
☐ I own or have permission to use every video.
☐ I have appropriate rights to graphics, illustrations and other media.
☐ Required attribution has been provided.
Compliance
☐ The article does not contain prohibited hate speech or harassment.
☐ The article does not contain deliberately deceptive information.
☐ The article is not political propaganda or deceptive political content.
☐ The article does not promote prohibited gambling, alcohol or adult entertainment.
☐ The article does not facilitate unlawful activity.
☐ Relevant commercial relationships have been disclosed.
Final Review
☐ The headline accurately represents the article.
☐ The images accurately represent the subject.
☐ Links included in the article are relevant and appropriate.
☐ I am prepared to stand behind the material submitted under my name.
22. THE ENSPIRERS STANDARD
The Enspirers contributor platform is built around a simple principle:
Publish with Purpose. Publish with Integrity.
Contributors bring different professions, experiences, industries, opinions and perspectives to the platform. Editorial diversity is encouraged. Responsible publishing is required.
The objective of these guidelines is not to make every contributor sound alike. It is to establish a professional standard that protects the credibility of contributors, readers and the Enspirers publishing network.
Every contributor is expected to understand that publication is a privilege accompanied by responsibility.
