TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — A producer of “lab-grown” meat has filed a lawsuit difficult a newly enacted Florida regulation that bans the sale of the product, arguing the restrictions give an unconstitutional benefit to Florida farmers over out-of-state rivals.
