Maryland’s Oct. 9 game at Ohio State will air nationally on Fox, the university announced Monday.
The game in Columbus kicks off at noon, and will be Maryland’s first against the Buckeyes (3-1, 1-0 Big Ten) since a 73-14 loss at Ohio Stadium in 2019. The Terrapins (4-0, 1-0 Big Ten) have never beaten the Buckeyes, losing all six matchups since joining the Big Ten Conference in 2014.
Fox’s “Big Noon Kickoff,” the network’s Saturday morning show that previews the day’s college football action, will not be joining the Terps in Columbus for the game. The show will originate from Iowa City, Iowa, on Oct. 9 for what is currently a top-five matchup between No. 4 Penn State and No. 5 Iowa.
Iowa (4-0, 1-0 Big Ten) is Maryland’s next opponent, visiting College Park this Friday night at 8 p.m. Maryland is coming off of a 37-16 victory over Kent State last Saturday in their final nonconference game of the season.
