Todd served within the US Navy. Todd was a lieutenant for the Barbour County Sheriffs Division. He’s a member of the FOP, Deputy Sheriff Affiliation, Vice President of Barbour County Deputy Sheriff Affiliation, Mountain Area Drug and Violent Crime Process Power, and the Crossroads United Methodist Church. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Todd is survived by his mom Phyllis Deffet, spouse Sara Deffet, sons Samuel Todd Deffet, Brady and Chase Richardson; in addition to a number of prolonged members of the family.
Todd was preceded in demise by his father Richard Lynn Deffet.
Buddies had been obtained on the Wright Funeral House and on-site Crematory 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Sunday February 16, from 5-8pm and on Monday February 17, from 9 am- 12 pm.
Funeral companies shall be carried out at 12 pm with Pastor Sam Haught and Pastor Johnny Williams.
Interment will observe within the Crossroads Cemetery at Tacy with army honors being accorded by the US Navy and American Legion Submit #96.
