In a Feb. 11 order, Decide Stephen R. Bough of the U.S. District Court docket for the Western District of Missouri granted preliminary approval to the deal, discovering it to be “fair, reasonable and adequate.”

In Tuesday’s order, Bough clarified that the settlement class contains those that bought houses on any MLS nationwide no matter affiliation with the Nationwide Affiliation of Realtors.

The court docket has scheduled a closing approval listening to for the settlements within the Keel case for June 24 at 2:30 p.m. Central.
