The Olympic flame can be extinguished at Paris’s Stade de France throughout a ceremony known as “Records,” directed by Thomas Jolly, who was additionally the creative director of the much-discussed opening ceremony.
The ceremony will function performances by Billie Eilish, Snoop Dogg, Crimson Scorching Chili Peppers and H.E.R, as French President Emmanuel Macron and numerous royals and heads of state watch.
