President-elect Trump introduced that he would nominate Florida Sheriff Chad Chronister to function the administrator for the Drug Enforcement Company.
“I am pleased to nominate Sheriff Chad Chronister for Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA),” he wrote in a put up on Fact Social.
“For over 32 years, Sheriff Chad Chronister has served the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, and received countless commendations and awards for keeping his community SAFE.”
On this function, Chronister can be answerable for seizing unlawful substances starting from fentanyl to different opioids.
Trump’ appointee has a background in legislation enforcement and graduated from the FBI’s Nationwide Academy’s 260th Session, was co-chairman of the Regional Home Safety Activity Power for Area IV Tampa Bay and had a tenure as a council member of the Florida Lawyer Normal’s Statewide Council on Human Trafficking amongst different achievements.
“As DEA Administrator, Chad will work with our great Attorney General, Pam Bondi, to secure the Border, stop the flow of Fentanyl, and other Illegal Drugs, across the Southern Border, and SAVE LIVES,” Trump acknowledged.
