Vietnam Airways has carried out Amadeus’
passenger service system (PSS) know-how, as a part of its ongoing
digital transformation.
Amadeus’ Altéa PSS gives Vietnam Airways with
complete stock, reservation, ticketing, departure management
and digital options designed to enhance operational effectivity
while additionally bettering the general buyer expertise.
Altéa PSS additionally helps front-line
staff to help passengers in buying tickets, making modifications and utilizing
different companies offered by the airline.
