NEW DELHI: Cyclonic storm Fengal crossed the North Tamil Nadu and Puducherry coasts early on Sunday morning, in accordance with the India Meteorological Division (IMD).
The cyclone, which made landfall close to Puducherry between 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm IST, introduced wind speeds of 70-80 km/h, gusting as much as 90 km/h.
